Shawn and Meg wanted a home...Shawn had already been looking on his own and felt he had a good handle on how to proceed. When he spoke to Andrea about one of our listings she asked him if he had been pre-qualified...he hadn't and didn't understand why that was important. Over the course of a few days and several conversations in which Andrea answered his questions about the tax credit, the various kinds of loans available, neighborhoods and schools, Sean decided he wanted to work with her to find their home.

We visited them recently and admired their new hardwood floors, the painting they've done, and Shawn's "man-cave". Their pride-of-ownership was wonderful to see.
